OBDeleven's new pricing: What you need to know
With the release of OBDeleven 3, we're introducing a range of new features for more car brands than ever before. As a result, our pricing will change starting July 29th.

Why do these changes matter?
We’ve just launched our most technologically advanced diagnostic tool yet – OBDeleven 3. With this release, we want to ensure that users get the most out of their chosen OBDeleven plan.
To make that happen, PRO VAG and ULTIMATE VAG plans are officially becoming PRO and ULTIMATE. These upgraded plans now cover all officially licensed brands – not just Volkswagen Group vehicles. So, if you’ve already purchased one of these plans, it now includes BMW and Toyota Group as well, automatically.
But the upgrades don’t stop here.
From now on, PRO and ULTIMATE users will also receive priority customer support, meaning you’ll cut right to the front of the queue when you need help.
And we’re not done expanding. OBDeleven now officially supports Ford Group (US models), giving your Ford the diagnostics it deserves.
How will the prices change?
To support these major upgrades and continue delivering new features, we’re updating our pricing as of July 29th.
Here’s a quick overview of what will be affected:

Price changes for digital packs
The new prices for our digital plans are:
You’ll still have the flexibility to choose a 12-month, 24-month, or 36-month PRO or ULTIMATE plan – whatever suits you best. And the longer the subscription you choose, the bigger the discount you’ll receive.
What you get with FREE, PRO, and ULTIMATE plans
OBDeleven 3 and OBDeleven 2 (NextGen) comes with the FREE plan by default. To unlock advanced features, such as manual VAG coding, you’ll need a PRO or ULTIMATE plan.

OBDeleven packs are a great option if you want to unlock advanced features right away – no need to subscribe separately.
We’re also now adding 100 complimentary Credits for One-Click Apps with the PRO Pack, allowing you to test our signature hassle-free customizations. For ULTIMATE pack users, One-Click Apps remain unlimited (fair use policy applies).

What these changes mean for existing and new plan users
If you’re using a PRO VAG or ULTIMATE VAG plan, it will be converted to the new PRO or ULTIMATE plan. You’ll keep all your current features – plus gain access to the expanded brand coverage and priority support.
You might be wondering how this new pricing will affect your existing plans. Rest assured that your existing plan won’t change in price, and there’s nothing you need to do. Everything will update automatically.
If you have already purchased the plan, you won’t need to pay the price difference. The amount you paid is locked in until the end of your subscription term (12, 24, or 36 months), or however much time remains of it.
After that, if you decide to renew, the new pricing will apply.
For new or returning customers, all updated prices for plans, packs, and devices will be in effect starting July 29th.

FAQ
What will happen to my existing PRO VAG or ULTIMATE VAG plans?
PRO VAG and ULTIMATE VAG users will be automatically converted to PRO and ULTIMATE plans, keeping the same features plus extra benefits.
If I have an existing ULTIMATE plan (ULTIMATE VAG previously), will I be able to unlock unlimited One-Click Apps for all supported brands?
Yes, as part of these upgrades, ULTIMATE users will be able to use unlimited One-Click Apps with all officially licensed brands, not just Volkswagen Group. That means your plan now includes BMW and Toyota Group vehicles by default, too. For Ford Group vehicles, One-Click Apps will work only for US models with American VINs.
Will my subscription price increase as my ULTIMATE and PRO plans convert?
No, if you already purchased the PRO and ULTIMATE plans (previously PRO VAG and ULTIMATE VAG), you won’t have to pay the price difference. The price you paid is locked in until the end of the period (12-month, 24-month, or 36-month) or whatever remains of it.
If you choose to continue using one of the plans after that, you’ll have to pay the new price.
What will change for Lifetime VAG PRO users?
Our FirstGen Lifetime VAG PRO users will be able to use functionalities as before, but only in the OBDeleven VAG app. The plan will NOT automatically convert to PRO or ULTIMATE and will NOT work with all licensed brands or the new OBDeleven app.
Will my lifetime PRO VAG plan work with OBDeleven 3?
Yes, your current lifetime PRO VAG plan will continue to work with Volkswagen Group vehicles via the dedicated OBDeleven VAG app.
Will my existing plan work with OBDeleven 3?
With the new device, we're also updating our digital plans – PRO VAG and ULTIMATE VAG plans are becoming PRO and ULTIMATE and will support all licensed brands. Your existing plan will upgrade automatically.
