The new OBDeleven 3 is here

OBDeleven 3 is our third OBD-II scanner, so it’s not our first rodeo. 
 

In 2014, we launched our first OBD-II scanner – OBDeleven 1 (FirstGen). And that's how it all began. A new era of using wireless devices to monitor, scan, and customize car features with just a smartphone has started.  
 

But back then, it was only available with Volkswagen Group (VAG) vehicles, and the app was built for Android users only.  
 

However, we realized that many people were missing out on diagnostics at home because of the limitations we imposed. So, with OBDeleven 2 (NextGen), we made sure to make it more accessible. 

 

We introduced more car brands with official licenses from BMW and Toyota Groups, added support for iOS users, more diagnostic protocols, and other features. 
 

But there’s always room for improvement, right? 


That’s how OBDeleven 3 was born. 
 

OBDeleven 3 is a compact Bluetooth OBD-II scanner that connects directly to your smartphone. It offers full access to the car’s systems and ensures you can diagnose issues and clear faults with a few simple taps on your phone. 
 

We were very excited to receive official support from Ford Group for the newest device, meaning that drivers with US-made Ford cars can now have an even better experience. 

We also added a built-in 5xCAN-FD interface to make car diagnostics even more efficient.  

Our goal is to help you avoid going to workshops for every dashboard light and let you take control and save money down the road. 
 

Not only did we improve how sleek the new device looks, but we made important changes that will affect how you can use OBDeleven 3 with your car.

With new features, we’re also introducing some changes to our digital plans. 
 

If you’re not new to OBDeleven, you probably already know about digital plans but let us refresh your memory. 


With OBDeleven 2 (NextGen), you could get PRO VAG or ULTIMATE VAG plans that offered exclusive features for VAG owners and car enthusiasts. 


But we made digital plans even better. 

Instead of only supporting Volkswagen Group vehicles, our new PRO and ULTIMATE plans now cover all officially licensed brands – Volkswagen, BMW, Toyota, and Ford Groups. And since the device is future-proof, so are the plans. 
 

You can purchase the device and plans separately. However, you can save by getting bundles, such as OBDeleven 3 device with 200 Credits, PRO Pack, or the most complete ULTIMATE Pack, which includes both a plan and Credits – our in-app currency for activating pre-made coding applications. 
 

You'll also get faster access to new features as they roll out, and priority customer support whenever you need it.
