DMCA Policy for forum.obdeleven.com

1. Introduction
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") policy sets forth the guidelines and procedures for handling copyright infringement claims on the forum.obdeleven.com website (the "Site"). b. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works on the Site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
c. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
d. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address;
e. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
f. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
If you fail to comply with all of the requirements of Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, your DMCA Notice may not be effective.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(g)(3) for further detail):

a. Your physical or electronic signature;
b. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
c. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;
d. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the Site may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Please note that, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
Upon receiving a counter-notice we will forward it to the complaining party and tell them we will restore your content within 10 business days. If that party does not notify us that they have filed an action to enjoin your use of that content on our Website before that period passes, we will consider restoring your user content to the site.

4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed by us to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this DMCA Policy at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes to this policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
