Currently, the features offered for iOS and Android users differ. Some features are available on Android but not on iOS. This is also the case for the OBDeleven device (FirstGen) and NextGen since the OBDeleven FirstGen device doesn’t support iOS. However, we’ll continue monitoring the situation and respond to growing customer needs.
Please note that OBDeleven has two separate mobile apps, so make sure you download the correct one:
OBDeleven VAG app – Advanced Diagnostics, One-Click Apps, and Professional Features for all Volkswagen Group (VAG) vehicles.
OBDeleven app – Advanced Diagnostics and One-Click Apps for select BMW group vehicles, and Basic OBD2 Diagnostics for all brands supporting the CAN-bus protocol, such as Ford, Mercedes, Toyota, etc.
OBDeleven offers a wide range of features for different car brands. The simplest way to quickly check which features are available for your car, on the Features page, select your car brand, and you’ll get a list of all features you can use with different plans.
In order to access features, make sure to download the correct mobile app from Google Play, App Store, and Huawei AppGallery.
OBDeleven has three main plans – FREE, PRO, and ULTIMATE. Each plan is designed for different drivers, needs, and experiences. The FREE Plan comes with every device by default and can be used by all drivers with varying features.
The PRO and ULTIMATE Plans offer Professional Features for more advanced users and can only be used by Volkswagen Group (VAG) car owners. Both plans offer the same feature, but the ULTIMATE plan includes Unlimited One-Click Apps, OCAbuilder, and RAW Data.
