How to activate
Redeem your plan by following these steps:
- Go to your inbox after completing purchase.
- You’ll find an email with your plan code and a link to the user dashboard.
- If the link doesn't work, go to Dashboard and log in with your OBDeleven mobile app account.
- Type in the code from the email manually.
- Click “Redeem”.
Note: Codes for digital items, including PRO, ULTIMATE subscriptions, and Credits, are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Be sure to activate them before they expire.

OBDeleven is being developed together with car manufacturers and their technical support to achieve the best performance. Due to different diagnostic licensing policies across brands and regions, available features may vary depending on your location.
While some manufacturers offer global coverage through a single entity (like the Volkswagen Group), others require to sign with individual country representatives, which takes time to achieve.
Our goal is to have complete, worldwide support for all car brands, and we're actively working on this.

Delivery of goods
All deliveries are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Despite the method of delivery you choose, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking link. We offer the following shipping methods:

The package will be sent via Lithuanian Post or Deutsche Post DHL. Shipping normally takes 3-14 business days in Europe and 7-30 business days outside of Europe.
Express shipping
The package is sent via UPS or DHL carrier delivery time is 1-3 business days in Europe and 2-5 business days outside of Europe. We advise adding all the items you want to purchase to one shopping cart before placing your order. We are unable to group the goods from several shopping carts, and their shipment charges will be added to each order. The customs duty, if applicable in a specific case, is not included.

Starting August 29, 2025, the De Minimis exemption (duty-free import under $800) will no longer apply. All shipments sent from Lithuania (Lithuanian Post, Deutsche Post, UPS, DHL) will now be subject to 15% import duty based on the total order value.
Orders shipped via FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) are not affected – products are already in the US and duties are included. We recommend choosing FBA whenever available.

RETURN OF GOODS
Quality hardware can be returned to OBDeleven within 14 working days for any reason. Returned goods must be in the original packaging and without marks of use. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Virtual goods, such as PRO and Ultimate subscription plans, can be returned within 30 days if you have not used them within 30 days of purchase. If you have used at least one feature of PRO or Ultimate subscription plans, they cannot be returned.
Unused credit activation codes can be returned within 30 days (starting from the moment the code is generated).
Note: Import duties and local taxes are non-refundable. In case of a return, only the product price will be refunded.
