The Gateway Coding feature allows users to code the network bridge between various in-car communication networks. It allows to install or uninstall control units from all Volkswagen Group (VAG) vehicles.
So, if you've recently completed a modification and need a control unit to be recognized, you can easily do that by making changes to the Gateway. It scans your vehicle's connected control units and automatically updates the gateway installation list.
