DELIVERY OF GOODS All deliveries are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Despite the method of delivery you choose, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking link. We offer the following shipping methods:

STANDARD SHIPPING The package will be sent via Lithuanian Post or Deutsche Post DHL. Shipping normally takes 3-14 working days in Europe and 7-30 working days in the United States and Canada. Due to the COVID-19 situation, some orders may be delayed and delivery could extend up to 4 weeks.

EXPRESS SHIPPING The package is sent via UPS or DHL carrier delivery time is 1-3 business days in Europe and 2-5 business days in the United States of America and Canada. We advise adding all the items you want to purchase to one shopping cart before placing your order. We are unable to group the goods from several shopping carts, and their shipment charges will be added to each order. The customs duty, if applicable in a specific case, is not included.

DELIVERY OF VIRTUAL GOODS Such virtual goods as a PRO version and Credits for Next-generation device will be added to OBDeleven account on the first connection to the dongle.
