All deliveries are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Despite the method of delivery you choose, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracing link. We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Package will be sent via Lithuanian post (AB “Lietuvos paštas”). Delivery time is 3-14 business days in Europe, and 7-30 business days in the United States of America and in Canada. Shipment tracing does not work in some countries.
Package will be sent via UPS courier. Delivery time is 1-3 business days in Europe, and 2-5 business days in the United States of America and in Canada.
We advise adding all the items you want to purchase to one shopping cart before placing your order. We are unable to group the goods from several shopping carts, and their shipment charges will be added to each order. The customs duty, if applicable in specific case, is not included.
DELIVERY OF VIRTUAL GOODS
Such virtual goods as a PRO version licence activation code will be delivered via the e-mail indicated when placing the order.
ORDER WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS
You may withdraw you order and return the goods within 14 business days if the goods have not been unpacked, except for virtual goods. The returned goods must be in their original package free from any signs of being used. Such virtual goods as a PRO version licence activation may not be returned from the moment of their sending.
The time limit of 14 days for returning of goods starts running from the day the goods are delivered. If more goods are ordered under one order, but they are shipped at different times, the time limit is calculated from the day the last item is received.
A free-format notice is to be sent via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to inform of return of the goods. On receipt of the notice, a response is sent acknowledging receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. If the goods are refused before their shipment, the order is cancelled informing of the same by a relevant notice to the e-mail address indicated at the time of registration or order placement.
Delivery costs sustained in returning of the goods are not compensated or refunded.
When the goods are returned by post, the goods must be adequately packaged to prevent damage to them during shipping, and a correct address of the recipient must be indicated. No refund will be available for the goods damaged during shipping.
Also, no refund for the goods will be available where a set of goods was purchased, but only part of the goods has been returned, or at least one of the items in the set has been damaged.
If goods are returned in a due manner and time, the price paid for them (including the handling and shipping charges paid, except where not the cheapest option was selected) will be transferred to the bank account specified at the time of ordering (unless another method of refund is requested in writing) within 14 days after the goods have been returned, or after receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract if the goods had not been shipped yet.
CHRISTMAS PROMO REFUND AND VIRTUAL ITEMS DELIVERY POLICY
All refunds are not applicable if credit code delivered in the package is used.
In the promotion period from November 15th to December 31st all virtual items as PRO version activation code and Credit codes will be delivered with the package instead of email.
