The shipping time?

Item sent via Lithuania post (AB "Lietuvos paštas") delivery may take up to 3-14 business days in Europe, and 7-30 business days in the United States of America and Canada.

Item sent via UPS courier may take up to 1-3 business days in Europe and 2-5 business days in the United States of America and Canada. 

Such virtual goods as: PRO license activation code will be delivered via the e-mail after the payment is confirmed. 

IMPORTANT: Due to the worldwide COVID-19 situation, we want to inform you that shipping and delivery of the OBDeleven products may take longer depending on the third-party (shipping companies, local postal work environment, and etc.:) influence.

These issues strongly affected Lithuanian Post (LP) postal operations causing significant shipping delays to these countries: Italy - 4 weeks, Spain - 4 weeks, Russia - 3 weeks, United States -10 weeks.

For our future customers from these countries we recommend choosing UPS shipping option to get your product in a timely manner.

How can I track my shipment?

After package is sent, you will get an automatic e-mail from our system that the package is in transit. In this email, you will find the link which will redirect you to the tracking information. The tracking information is not available if the shipment was sent on the same day, but, it will be available in the period of 24 hours.

I have entered the wrong address, what do i do?

If you have entered the incorrect address in the order form, please contact the customer service immediately by going to My account > Order history and details > Details > Fill up Add a message form. 

We will not be able to change the address if the shipment is already sent. 

Why I didn't get my shipment?

Sometimes the shipments are delayed because of the logistics or third-party delivery companies. The first step, in this case, for you to check the tracking information and status. If tracking information doesn't show anything, please contact our customer support.
