Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. We provide these shipping methods:Standard shipping
The package will be sent via Lithuanian Post or Deutsche Post. Shipping normally takes between three and 14 days when shipping in Europe and between seven and 30 days when shipping outside of Europe. Due to COVID-19 situation, some orders may be delayed and delivery could extend up to 4 weeks.Express shipping
The package is sent via UPS or DHL carrier delivery time is between one and three business days in Europe and between two and five business days when shipping outside of Europe.
We advise adding all the items you want to purchase to one shopping cart before placing your order. We are unable to group the goods from several shopping carts, and their shipment charges will be added to each order. The customs duty, if applicable in a specific case, is not included.
Delivery of virtual items
Virtual items as PRO and Ultimate subscriptions (applied after 2021-06-15), and Credits activation code will be delivered via email provided in the registration form.
Quality hardware can be returned to VOLTAS IT within 14 working days for any reason. Returned goods must be in the original packaging and without marks of use. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Virtual goods, such as PRO and Ultimate subscription plans, can be returned within 30 days if you have not used them within 30 days of purchase. If you have used at least one feature of PRO or Ultimate subscription plans, they cannot be returned.
Unused credit activation codes can be returned within 30 days (starting from the moment the code is generated).
